CJGA judges licenses are issued in the following categories

1. Longhair (LH)
2. Semi-Longhair (SLH)
3. Shorthair (SH)
4. Siamese/Oriental (SOSH)
5. Household Pet & Companion Cats (Shorthair, Semi-Longhair & Longhair) (HHP)

The list of breeds will follow the convention of the World Cat Federation and Independent Clubs.

The Breed Codes of the CJGA follow the convention of the international EMS and is loosely based on the WCF expanded list of breeds, pattern, colour, etc.
